How to find Kael, the secret boss in v6.49 dota map
Guide as from dota-allstars forum.
There are an amazing set of new secrets in 6.49. There are invisible 'ice frogs' hidden around the map. To kill them, you can target them will spells like Storm Bolt, click on them repeatedly to explode, or kill them with Light Strike Array or Macropyre, even if you have no wards/gem. They drop a question mark item with its name as a letter. First you must collect four of them to combine into one item. An easy way to collect them all is have a crow with a gem and dagon (for multiplayer) or just click spam them to explode. then collect the item with the crow. Here is the locations of the first four frogs:

Once you have gotten these they will combine to form an 'orb of frost' item with the name '???'. GO the the transporter to the top left of the map by destroying the trees. Put the item on the circle of power, a sound will play then a boss dragon will come. Its name is '???' and with decent items he is not too difficult to kill. Once he is dead, the blue rune will have a fountain thing coming out from it like so.
Now there will be three more frogs placed around the map. here are their locations and letters:

Once you have collected these, an orb of lightning item will be formed. Take it to the secret area in the bottom right through the teleporter, drop it on the circle and battle the wisp. Once that is dead, SIX more frogs will be placed on the map. Its pretty hard to collect all 6 at once.. Again, here are their locations:

Once you have found these, an orb of fire item will be formed. Again go to the portal, drop on circle, and kill the phoenix that spawns.
After it is dead, scary music will play, and soon Kael will spawn. He is VERY hard to kill, and has some pretty spastic abilities. He seems to have limitless hp regeneration!
There's currently only 2 ways of killing it without cheats. Good luck!
